These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on www.immathebrand.com and are owned by IMMA Style, Unipessoal, NIF PT517077981, headquartered at Av. João Paulo II, 26-r/c.esq., 2970-868 Cotovia, Sesimbra. Questions: info@immathebrand.com
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. None of these terms affect your statutory rights.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
All personal information provided will be handled by IMMA in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your data is used solely to process orders, deliveries and communications, and is shared only with Shopify as our platform provider. You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time.
PRODUCTS
All products are guaranteed new. Product availability is indicated on each product page. Product photography is as accurate as possible but may not perfectly represent colours or textures and carries no contractual value.
PRICING
Prices may be updated without prior notice. The price displayed does not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.
ORDERS
To place an order, customers must complete the checkout process, confirm their billing and delivery details, select a shipping method and complete payment. All data recorded constitutes valid proof of transaction.
PAYMENTS
Payments are processed securely via Stripe (credit card) and EuPago (MB Way). All transactions are handled through encrypted, third-party payment gateways. Card information is never stored by IMMA.
PROMOTIONAL GIFTS
Free gifts included with promotional orders must be returned together with the original order in the event of a return or exchange. Failure to return the promotional gift will result in its retail value being deducted from the refund amount.
PRE-ORDERS
Items available for pre-order are clearly indicated on the product page, along with the estimated shipping date. Shipping dates may be subject to minor adjustments of up to 5 days. In the event of a longer delay, customers will be notified directly. Pre-order items are shipped to the address provided at checkout — customers receive real-time updates at every stage via our delivery partner, BATCH.
SHIPPING
Orders within Lisbon are shipped via BATCH.
Orders outside Lisbon are shipped via CTT through BATCH.
Customers are notified at every step of the delivery process.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
IMMA is a registered trademark at the INPI. The domain immathebrand.com is a protected domain name. No content from this website may be reproduced, used or distributed without prior written consent from IMMA.
LOCAL TAXES & CUSTOMS
Local charges such as customs duties or sales taxes may apply depending on your delivery region. These are the customer's responsibility.
CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
We aim to respond to all complaints and queries within five working days. A Livro de Reclamações is available at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
IMMA reserves the right to amend product information, prices and terms without prior notice. In the event a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, IMMA reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, notifying the customer of any available alternatives.
