SHIPPING METHODS

IMMA delivers parcels in Portugal and Spain via BATCH and CTT, and across Europe via CTT or local courier.

IMMA is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order is dispatched, changes to the delivery address are no longer possible — please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.


 

AVAILABLE ITEMS

Orders of available items are processed within 1 to 7 working days of placement, subject to stock confirmation and payment validation. Orders paid by bank transfer are only dispatched after payment is confirmed in our account. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


 

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items are clearly identified on the product page, along with the estimated shipping date. Shipping dates may be subject to minor adjustments of up to 5 days. PROMOTIONAL GIFTS

Free gifts included with promotional orders must be returned together with the original order in the event of a return or exchange. Failure to return the promotional gift will result in its retail value being deducted from the refund amount.


 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. IMMA has no control over customs fees, which vary by country — we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an international order.

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a parcel as requested by the courier, the cost of returning the parcel to IMMA — including shipping and any import duties — will be deducted from the refund amount.

IMMA is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during shipping. Please verify all shipping information carefully before completing your order. IMMA cannot be held responsible for failed or incorrect deliveries resulting from wrong address, phone number, door number or any other incorrect shipping details.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This period does not account for any shipping delays or incidents in transit — the 14 days begin once the parcel is confirmed as delivered to your address.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@immathebrand.com. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. IMMA is not liable for parcels lost or damaged during the return journey — we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds are issued either to the original payment method or as store credit — your choice.


 

Exchanges

Exchanges are free of charge. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@immathebrand.com within 14 days of delivery.

We will arrange collection of the original item via our courier. Once received and inspected, the new item will be dispatched. The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is available for collection at the agreed address and time.
